FAQS
Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a recruitment agency?
No. Recruitment ends at placement. Coordination starts there and runs across the contract. One coordinator, named, for the duration.
How fast can you mobilise?
48 hours from signed brief to the first call with the assigned coordinator. Crew mobilisation timelines depend on scope, site, and sector — confirmed in the briefing.
What sectors do you operate in?
Three: logistics, facilities, and energy operations. We coordinate within these. We do not cross-deploy outside them.
What does "vetted and audit-ready" mean?
Vetted means every worker has been screened against role-specific requirements before deployment — right-to-work documentation, role certifications, references contacted, prior contract history verified. Audit-ready means that documentation isn't gathered when an inspector arrives — it exists continuously, updated within 48 hours of any change, and is traceable in reverse for any worker on any active contract.
Who employs the workforce?
The contractor, under the structure agreed at briefing. VertiCore coordinates the workforce, does not employ it. Contracting structure is confirmed in writing before mobilisation.
How is an engagement structured?
One scope document. One coordinator. One contract. Scope, sector, duration, reporting cadence — all defined before the first worker arrives on site.
